Nike has unleashed another crocskin model in the form of the Nike Air Max 90. Here we have a very close look at the sample model, as the shoe uses premium yellow croc material to offset the white midsole and black outsole. Crocodile skin is in; even in yellow. This shoe definitely stands out more than your typical Italian crocodile leather dress shoe. Be on the lookout for these babies as they stand in sample form.

Nike Basketball’s Spring 2010 Collection features new hoopin’ styles in a variety of shapes and sizes. ‘Bron’s Nike Air Max LeBron VII (7) GS in anthracite/black and white/black/crimson red headlines the pack. A Bathing Ape is bathing itself in a pool of Ghostbusters collaborations. To keep it going strong, Bape has released even more articles of clothing and miscellanea. Two new colorways of the Bape Bapesta has released: in white/red and red/white. Of course, the shoes come in patent leather material with white midsoles and the Ghostbuster logo on the side heel panel. The collection also includes a limited edition tee, raglan, and mugs! BigTimeKicks.com Air Jordan 2009

Each year, there are several Jordan Brand shoes that never make it past the sample stage. These two Air Jordan 2K9s (2009) remained behind closed doors and will likely never hit retail. Differences between these and the release 2009s include a lack of marbleized coloring at the midfoot and addition of a dot pattern around the patent toe cap. The black patent/red/grey scheme resembles so many great Jordans of years past and is labeled with “SAMPLE 048″ on the inside heel. The black/white/red color scheme is fairly similar to the Air Jordan 2009 (2K9) White/ Metallic Silver – Black but is distinguished by its red heel piece. The inside heel is marked with “SAMPLE 057.” These Air Jordan 2009 (2K9) samples are unreleased samples for now.

Bigtimekicks.com Palms Hotel x Supra Skytop Exclusive

Supra recently worked with The Palms Hotel in Vegas to produce a new version of the hightop Skytop. The shoe’s ribbed white upper is complimented by premium leather overlays and the “Palms” logo in pink/pea green on the heel. A vulcanized midsole with pea green strip detailing adds durability to this sample shoe. The shoe was made for the hotel’s operations manager, Jon Gray, and will not release at retail.

Bigtimekicks.com Nike LeBron Soldier III (3) – Graffiti

Is it just me, or does every celebratory Nike LeBron shoe feature graffiti detailing? This white/varsity red/navy blue in Nike LeBron Soldier III (3) features black graffiti detailing along the upper, under the two red patent straps. A gold “L23″ logo is stamped on top of the straps and a matching Swoosh rides the rear panel, likely paying homage to ‘Bron’s astounding exploits last summer in Beijing. Nike’s ultra-comfy Zoom Air is embedded in the sockliner underneath. The Nike LeBron Soldier III (3) “Graffiti” is available at select Swoosh accounts worldwide.

Nike SB July 2009 Collection

Nike’s SB (Skateboarding) line has been extremely successful ever since it was launched in March in 2002. Though many have complained that Nike SB has been slacking in terms of uniqueness the past couple months, the July 2009 collections may prove otherwise. The Dunk SB will release in three variations: a blue/white low-top, a black/sea green mid-top, and a black/ozone high-top. The Blazer SB will release in two colorways: green spark/pimento and white/hot red. The Zoom Tre SB will drop in an Orgeon Ducks inspired colorway, while the Bruin SB will be made available in a simple black/white colorway. In addition, Stefan Janoski’s Pro Model will also release in reed/stone. All eight sneakers will release as part of the Nike SB July 2009 Collection.

Nike Air Trainer 1

Back in ‘04, Nike prepared this exclusive “Beautiful Ones” Nike Air Trainer 1 for Brooklyn MC Talib Kweli. The shoe features a black/khaki premium leather upper contrasted by white stitching and a fabric-padded heel. “Beautiful Ones”, a nod to Kwe’s 2004 release, The Beautiful Struggle, is stitched onto the Trainer 1’s heel panel. All told, 25 pairs were given to Talib’s closest friends and some extremely lucky employees in Beaverton, making this promotional shoe truly rare Air. However inexplicable it may seem.

Nike Alpholution

We previewed the Nike Alpholution back in May, and we are now receiving word that Nike’s newest hybrid basketball sneaker has begun to arrive at select retailers. The Alpholution is a combination of two classic Nike Basketball sneakers: the Nike Alpha Force and the Nike Air Revolution. Currently, the sneaker is available in three styles: white/emerald, white/royal blue, and black/red. All three pairs host a forefoot strap and “AIR FRESH” on the tongue.
